Highly Reccommended!

Great way to see all the highlights of the city on your own.
The map could have been a little more detailed as the street names were very hard to find. We ended up lost andback where we started at one point, but we carried on and had a beautiful ride along the coast!
Would recommend, but make sure you get good directions on where to go after the statue of Napoleon...Much better than touring by bus!
We thought that we had...

We thought that we had signed up for a guided tour, but it turned out to be self-guided. However, the city was easy to navigate, and the coastal road had stunning views. We were very happy with our experience!
Great outdoor activity!

Instructions were very straightforward. The staff was nice and friendly. We were given a map of the route to follow on our bikes. Bikes were in good condition. Perfect activity for those who prefer a self guided tour. The city is bike friendly although it’s good to be aware of your surroundings. There are side roads for pedestrians and bikes and sometimes you have to get on the road and share with automobiles. We had enough time to explore and complete the suggested route.
Great fun and a flexible company

We got there 2 hours early and they let us take the bikes 2 hours early if we also returned them 2 hours early (so the same total time)
Bring a backpack with lots of water. NOT 10 minutes from port. Great bikes & shop!

We rented bikes for our family of 7. My main complaint was that my phone was hard to see in the bright daylight, so we had a hard time navigating where to go in the city, and it was hard for us as a group to stay together. Being American, I was also not used to riding on the street with traffic, so that took some adjusting. The city part was a little hairy, but I remember someone else saying in a review that once you get outside of that area, things opened up & became easier to ride. That is very true!! It was a gorgeous ride down to Parata, along the shoreline. If I were to do it again, I would skip some of the initial stops & just focus on riding the shore, and make sure I went for a swim at one of the many beaches along the way! The water was gorgeous but no one in my group would stop.
The bikes were great. Sad there isn't a water bottle holder but we had backpacks.
A couple other minor complaints - we wanted to rent the bikes earlier than our reserved time but could not get a hold of anyone at the shop. When we called, it said they were closed on Mondays, but they were definitely open! It is also NOT a 10 minute walk from port - more like 20 (and I consider myself a fast walker). I was able to get someone to reply on Viator through messaging, and once we got to the shop, the people there were very accomodating & incredibly kind even though I was frustrated. :-)
